Document Submission

Pricing includes up to 20 pages per order
Additional pages billed at $0.25 per page
Multiple documents for the same case should NOT be combined into one PDF
Additional fees may apply for improperly formatted documents
Documents must be complete, signed, and court-ready before submission

Order Requirements

One individual or business per address per order
One case number per order
Provide a complete and accurate service address (unit/suite/apt required)
Include a physical description of the subject — photos/social media help
Provide known work schedules, vehicles, or best times for service
Clearly include gate codes, call boxes, safety concerns
Confirm the correct entity or individual name to be served
Provide the correct proof of service form required for your case

Clear Terms

Service Attempts

Up to three attempts per address per order
Service performed 7 days a week, 8AM–8PM
Status updates provided after every attempt
Successful service is not guaranteed but every reasonable effort is made
If unsuccessful, a Declaration of Due Diligence is provided

Proof of Service

Proof of Service issued upon completion
Documentation provided same day (within hours) of completion
It is the client's responsibility to file documents with the court unless our e-file services are used
If unsuccessful, Declaration of Due Diligence promptly provided

Cancellations & Refunds

All services require payment in advance
Once a service attempt has been made, no refunds will be issued
Fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome once service attempts begin
Orders canceled prior to service: $25 cancellation fee applies
